HOW DOES THE DONATION PROCESS WORK?

Step-by-Step Donation Process

All donations made to Darülaceze are recorded in accordance with the principles of transparency, accountability, and traceability. Every donation directly contributes to our institution's social service system. 

Period

Choosing the Donation Type

One of the following donation types is preferred: cash, in-kind, sponsorship, meaningful occasion, sacrificial offering, real estate/will/inheritance, or gift item donation.

One of the donation channels is used.

  • Online donation via website (credit card / bank transfer)
  • EFT/wire transfer to bank accounts
  • Hand delivery (with receipt)
  • Preliminary discussion with the institution for in-kind donations

Registration and Documentation

  • Every donation is recorded in the system with the donor's name, date, type, and amount.
  • Receipts are provided digitally or physically upon request.
  • For large donations, a protocol and thank you certificate are also prepared.

4. Instructions and Usage

  • Donations are directed to the relevant service area according to the donor's preference (e.g., Alzheimer's Unit, Children's Unit) 
  • In-kind donations are delivered to the relevant units and recorded in the inventory system 

Assurance and Transparency

  • All donation transactions are under official record. 
  • Donations are used only in service areas. 
  • Account information is shared only through the institution's official communication channels. 
  • Darülaceze does not work with any intermediary institution or foundation. 
  • Internal and external audit mechanisms ensure security.
