Lifetime Support, A Dignified Future
The Şefkat Residences, established as four blocks in the Darülaceze Arnavutköy Social Life City, were created to provide a happy, healthy, safe, and peaceful environment for donors who have supported the Darülaceze Presidency with their donations for 130 years since its establishment, allowing them to experience their second spring in their later years.
The Şefkat Residences consist of a total of 132 apartments in four blocks, ranging in size from 38m2 to 86m2, in 1+1 and 1+0 configurations. Admission to the Şefkat Residences is through a one-time lump-sum donation.
In return for this donation, donors receive lifelong health insurance, accommodation, nutrition, and care services. With these donations, our donors both secure their own future and ensure the continued expansion of Darülaceze's services, which have provided care to approximately 100,000 citizens, including 29,000 children, over 130 years, regardless of religion, language, race, class, or gender.

- Examination and health services in various specialties from the medical center located on campus,
- Advanced physical therapy services at the Inpatient Physical Therapy Center,
