OKMEYDANI VISITOR CENTER

The Darülaceze Visitor Center is the first point of contact for individuals and organizations visiting our institution. This special structure, brought to life in 2016 with the corporate social responsibility support of Doğuş Holding, was designed to convey to visitors the history of Darülaceze, spanning over 130 years, its social service vision, and its humanitarian mission.

The Visitor Center is much more than just an information office: with its interactive screens, video presentations, digital panels, and historical documents, it is the point where understanding, feeling, and owning Darülaceze begins.

Afterwards, visitors are taken on a tour of the campus.

  • Rehabilitation workshops, care blocks, and social areas are visited.
  • The opportunity to chat and have one-on-one contact with the residents arises.
  • This experience allows visitors to not only observe Darülaceze but also to "understand it by experiencing it."
